A well-balanced ovarian cancer diet helps to reduce the risk of developing ovarian cancer. Basically what you eat could help make a difference. A small cup of tomatoes must be eaten for more than 5 times a week for getting protection against ovarian cancer. Nearly 30% risk of developing ovarian cancer is reduced by daily consumption of fish. Fish contains omega-3 fatty acids which are anti-angiogenic in nature. This fatty acid help them get protection against the ovarian cancer.
